Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,342 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSN, PTGS1, and S100A4. Each is linked with STAC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAC-to-partner and partner-to-STAC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAC versus MSN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
