Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSCAM-IT1, KRT43P, and OR9Q2. Each is linked with STAC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAC-to-partner and partner-to-STAC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAC versus DSCAM-IT1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
