ST8SIA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST8SIA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,289 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST8SIA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKAR2B, REEP1_S152, and REEP4_S152. Each is linked with ST8SIA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST8SIA3-to-partner and partner-to-ST8SIA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST8SIA3 versus PRKAR2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST8SIA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST8SIA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
