Across TCGA cell cohorts, ST8SIA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,010 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST8SIA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are G protein-coupled receptor internalization, Positive regulation of microtubule polymerization, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ST8SIA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST8SIA3-to-partner and partner-to-ST8SIA3 results are reported.
