The most reproducible ST8SIA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS3AP9, SLC6A14P3, and NRG1-IT1. Each is linked with ST8SIA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST8SIA1-to-partner and partner-to-ST8SIA1 results are reported.
