Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST6GALNAC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,500 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ST6GALNAC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4286, AP1S2P1, and CCDC134. Each is linked with ST6GALNAC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST6GALNAC6-to-partner and partner-to-ST6GALNAC6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4286 grouped by ST6GALNAC6-low versus ST6GALNAC6-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST6GALNAC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST6GALNAC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
