The most reproducible ST6GALNAC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC4C, AVP, and CCKBR. Each is linked with ST6GALNAC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST6GALNAC6-to-partner and partner-to-ST6GALNAC6 results are reported.
