ST3GAL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ST3GAL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFSD14A, LDLRAP1, and ADAMTS4. Each is linked with ST3GAL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL5-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MFSD14A grouped by ST3GAL5-low versus ST3GAL5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST3GAL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST3GAL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
