ST3GAL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST3GAL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 982 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST3GAL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAMTA2, RAI1, and GLTP. Each is linked with ST3GAL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST3GAL4-to-partner and partner-to-ST3GAL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CAMTA2 grouped by ST3GAL4-low versus ST3GAL4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST3GAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST3GAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
