ST20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,327 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSEN1_S43, CDK13, and ARHGDIB_Y130. Each is linked with ST20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST20-to-partner and partner-to-ST20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST20 versus PSEN1_S43 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
