ST20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST20-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, COPS8P1, and PPIAP24. Each is linked with ST20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST20-to-partner and partner-to-ST20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP7 grouped by ST20-low versus ST20-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
