ST20-MTHFS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST20-MTHFS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,816 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST20-MTHFS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to UV-C, Regulation of apoptotic DNA fragmentation, and Regulation of DNA catabolic process. Each is linked with ST20-MTHFS in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST20-MTHFS-to-partner and partner-to-ST20-MTHFS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST20-MTHFS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST20-MTHFS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
