Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST20-MTHFS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ST20-MTHFS-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PDCD4, and PKC-a. Each is linked with ST20-MTHFS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST20-MTHFS-to-partner and partner-to-ST20-MTHFS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by ST20-MTHFS-low versus ST20-MTHFS-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST20-MTHFS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST20-MTHFS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
