ST18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,587 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1G, NCKAP1L, and RTN1. Each is linked with ST18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST18-to-partner and partner-to-ST18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST18 versus MYO1G in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
