Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,014 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ST18-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF22, PSMB7, and TSPY26P. Each is linked with ST18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST18-to-partner and partner-to-ST18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF22 grouped by ST18-low versus ST18-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
