ST18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST18-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ASNS, and PCNA. Each is linked with ST18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST18-to-partner and partner-to-ST18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ST18-low versus ST18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
