ST18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ST18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 574 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST18-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB8A, CT45A7, and SI. Each is linked with ST18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST18-to-partner and partner-to-ST18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB8A grouped by ST18-low versus ST18-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
