Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,556 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ST14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE4A, PPP2R1B, and MCC. Each is linked with ST14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST14-to-partner and partner-to-ST14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST14 versus UBE4A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
