Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,116 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ST14-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3P42, LELP1, and RPL34P29. Each is linked with ST14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST14-to-partner and partner-to-ST14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3P42 grouped by ST14-low versus ST14-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
