Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, mTOR_pS2448, and p90 RSK. Each is linked with ST14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST14-to-partner and partner-to-ST14 results are reported.
