Across TCGA cell cohorts, ST14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,323 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Serotonin secretion, Serotonin production involved in inflammatory response, and Serotonin secretion involved in inflammatory response. Each is linked with ST14 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST14-to-partner and partner-to-ST14 results are reported.
