Across TCGA cell cohorts, ST14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 420 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST14-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAA38, MTFR1, and SCYGR2. Each is linked with ST14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST14-to-partner and partner-to-ST14 results are reported.
