SSX6P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSX6P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,513 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSX6P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, DNA strand elongation, and Methylation. Each is linked with SSX6P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSX6P-to-partner and partner-to-SSX6P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by SSX6P-low versus SSX6P-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSX6P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSX6P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
