Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SSX6P RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SSX6P data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SSX6P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SSX6P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BLCA show a favorable association.

LIHC, UCS, and DLBC are the cancer types where SSX6P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
