Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSX6P mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSX6P-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mre11, JNK2, and CD49b. Each is linked with SSX6P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSX6P-to-partner and partner-to-SSX6P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mre11 grouped by SSX6P-low versus SSX6P-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSX6P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSX6P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
