SSX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,216 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5L2, MIR4695, and H2AC14. Each is linked with SSX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSX5-to-partner and partner-to-SSX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5L2 grouped by SSX5-low versus SSX5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
