Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, MAGEB4, and STRA8. Each is linked with SSX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSX5-to-partner and partner-to-SSX5 results are reported.
