Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSTR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,699 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSTR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL97P, RNU6-497P, and RNU2-32P. Each is linked with SSTR4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSTR4-to-partner and partner-to-SSTR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL97P grouped by SSTR4-low versus SSTR4-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSTR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSTR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
