SSC5D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSC5D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,465 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSC5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCN, EFEMP1, and MSRB3. Each is linked with SSC5D in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSC5D-to-partner and partner-to-SSC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSC5D versus DCN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
