Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC00702 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC00702 expression is associated with patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC00702 is differentially expressed in 15, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, LINC00702 RNA expression shows 23,329 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight KIRP, COAD, and BRCA as cancer lineages where LINC00702 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
