SSC5D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSC5D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,683 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSC5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMED7-TICAM2, MIR6871, and RNU6-642P. Each is linked with SSC5D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSC5D-to-partner and partner-to-SSC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMED7-TICAM2 grouped by SSC5D-low versus SSC5D-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
