Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,217 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1085P, MIR1224, and MIR4280. Each is linked with SSBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1085P grouped by SSBP1-low versus SSBP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
