SSB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,588 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MVP, NCAPD2, and NCAPG. Each is linked with SSB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSB-to-partner and partner-to-SSB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSB versus MVP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
