Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,720 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3H8, METTL8, and DKC1. Each is linked with SSB in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSB-to-partner and partner-to-SSB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSB versus ZC3H8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
