SSB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 897 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSB-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01607, TBC1D8-AS1, and CYFIP1. Each is linked with SSB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSB-to-partner and partner-to-SSB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01607 grouped by SSB-low versus SSB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
