Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSB-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, MEK1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with SSB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSB-to-partner and partner-to-SSB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by SSB-low versus SSB-high in UCEC.
