SS18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SS18 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,972 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SS18-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH7, NOA1, and PPP1R12A. Each is linked with SS18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SS18-to-partner and partner-to-SS18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDH7 grouped by SS18-low versus SS18-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SS18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SS18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
