SRSF12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,397 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF12_S146, FAM120A, and PM20D2. Each is linked with SRSF12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF12-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF12 versus SRSF12_S146 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
