SRSF12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,068 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GINS4, TOPBP1, and NONO. Each is linked with SRSF12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF12-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF12 versus GINS4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
