SRRT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRRT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,916 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are DARS2, CENPF, and TMPO. Each is linked with SRRT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRT-to-partner and partner-to-SRRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRRT versus DARS2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
