SRRM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRRM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,522 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD82, CDV3P1, and CTDNEP1. Each is linked with SRRM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRM4-to-partner and partner-to-SRRM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD82 grouped by SRRM4-low versus SRRM4-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRRM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRRM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
