SRPX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRPX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 778 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-84P, KATNBL1P4, and RNU6-492P. Each is linked with SRPX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPX-to-partner and partner-to-SRPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-84P grouped by SRPX-low versus SRPX-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
