SRPX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRPX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS38, TRIM60, and LUZP4. Each is linked with SRPX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPX-to-partner and partner-to-SRPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS38 grouped by SRPX-low versus SRPX-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
