SRP72

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP72 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,747 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP72-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERG, FKBP8, and HBP1. Each is linked with SRP72 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP72-to-partner and partner-to-SRP72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRP72 versus ERG in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP72→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
