SRP68P3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP68P3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP68P3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MOS, MTCO3P4, and SEPTIN14P24. Each is linked with SRP68P3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP68P3-to-partner and partner-to-SRP68P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MOS grouped by SRP68P3-low versus SRP68P3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP68P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP68P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
