SRP54-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP54-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP54-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDD1, MIR6803, and VCY1B. Each is linked with SRP54-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP54-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SRP54-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDD1 grouped by SRP54-AS1-low versus SRP54-AS1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP54-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP54-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
