Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP54-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP54-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ T-cells. Each is linked with SRP54-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP54-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SRP54-AS1 results are reported.
