SRGAP3-AS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRGAP3-AS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,657 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRGAP3-AS4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BICD2, ABAT, and CRTAP. Each is linked with SRGAP3-AS4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGAP3-AS4-to-partner and partner-to-SRGAP3-AS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRGAP3-AS4 versus BICD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRGAP3-AS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRGAP3-AS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
