SRGAP2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRGAP2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,656 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRGAP2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRGAP2, MRPS7, and NRP1. Each is linked with SRGAP2C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGAP2C-to-partner and partner-to-SRGAP2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRGAP2C versus SRGAP2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRGAP2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRGAP2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
