Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRGAP2C RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SRGAP2C data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher SRGAP2C RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRGAP2C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRP, ACC, and UVM are the cancer types where SRGAP2C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
